Penn State Berks offers two on-campus residence areas - The Village Suites and The Woods Houses, both which are a short walk to other campus buildings. On-campus parking is conveniently located near the residence areas. All buildings feature a card access security system and CCTV. Residence Life offices are located in Ivy House in the Woods.
The Village Suites residence area consists of six buildings with four bedroom suites, each with two semi-private bathrooms. Each building offers two study lounges and a television lounge, as well as vending machines. Laundry facilities are centrally located in Bowman Hall.
The Woods Houses residence area consists of seven houses that offer single and double room suites with semi-private bathrooms. The Woods features several study lounges and one centrally located lounge. Laundry facilities are located throughout the building.
