NACUFS: Conference Registration

Registration forms are now available here!

Please complete the attached registration form and fax with credit card information or mail with payment by September 13, 2002.

The registration form linked above is formatted in Adobe Acrobat. In order to view this document you must have the Acrobat Reader program installed on your machine and properly configured for your World Wide Web browser.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be received in writing. Registrations cancelled by
October 7, 2002 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between
October 8 and October 12, 2002 will be refunded at 50%. There will be no refunds for failure to attend or cancellations after the conference begins.
