| All
activities associated with the regional conference are
subject to the approval of NACUFS and will include the
participation of all members of the association, including
industry members. Acceptance of a sponsored event by an
industry sponsor will be confirmed in writing by the
sponsorship chair. Payment is to be made directly to
Penn State University before September 1, 2002, for the
amount agreed upon for the event or program. |

| The
September 1, 2002 deadline will ensure that the
program committee provides sponsors with the appropriate
recognition at the conference and in the conference
materials. |
