SANDWICHES

Sandwiches are served with your choice of two accompaniments (soup of the day, salad, side dish, or vegetable), dessert, and beverage service with regular and decaf coffee, hot tea, and canned pop. A minimum of 15 guests is required.

Chef's Salad $9.00
Mixed greens topped with strips of smoked ham, sliced turkey breast, provolone cheese and American cheese. Garnished with hard boiled egg slices and cherry tomatoes

Steak Salad $9.00
Mixed greens and salad vegetables topped with grilled steak strips, shredded cheddar cheese and French Fries

Grilled Chicken Salad $9.00
Mixed greens and salad vegetables topped with grilled chicken breast strips, shredded cheddar cheese and French Fries

Chicken Caesar Salad $9.00
Crisp romaine lettuce with fresh mushroom slices, sliced red onion, croutons, cherry tomatoes, and parmesan cheese. Topped with grilled chicken strips and served with Caesar dressing

Cobb Salad $9.50

This salad was first created in 1937 by Bob Cobb, manager of the famous Brown Derby Restaurant in Los Angeles.

Mixed greens with artfully arranged diced tomato, diced chicken breast, crumbled bacon, chopped hard boiled egg, alfalfa sprouts, and crumbled Bleu Cheese. Served with French dressing.


Taco Salad $9.25
Mixed greens and salad vegetables fill a tortilla bowl and topped with spicy chili taco meat. Garnished with roasted corn and cheddar cheese

Barbeque Ranch Chicken Salad $9.00
Mixed greens and salad vegetables topped with barbequed chicken strips and garnished with shredded cheddar cheese. Served with Ranch dressing.

Salad Olivier $9.50

The salad made famous by Chef Olivier, the French Chef of Czar Nicholas II of Russia.

Mixed greens, fresh and pickled vegetables, hard boiled egg wedges, marinated potatoes, and strips of roasted chicken, served with White Russian dressing.


Chicken Florentine Salad $10.00

Impress your guests with this upscale, elegantly presented salad.

Displayed on a bed of mixed wild greens, a bundle of asparagus spears tied together with strips of roasted red pepper. Flaking the asparagus are spirals of spinach stuffed chicken breast, and a marinated salad of cubed Italian cheese, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes.
