There is a mess in the residence hall that needs cleaned.
Housekeeping services are provided Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday – Sunday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Contact Housing and Food Services during normal business hours at 610-396-6353 or send an e-mail, and they will notify a housekeeping employee of the situation. After hours, contact Residence Life or your resident assistant (RA).

I lost my room key. What do I need to do?
Contact Housing and Food Services as soon as possible during normal business hours at 610-396-6353. After hours, contact Residence Life at 610-396-6290 to reach an RA on duty.

I lost my id+ card. What do I need to do?
Visit the Housing and Food Services office as soon as possible during normal business hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) in Perkins Student Center. After business hours, you can suspend your card online. If you lose your card after normal business hours, you will have to wait until the next business day to obtain a new id+ card.

I would like to park my car on campus. How do I get a parking permit?
Contact the Police Services, located in the Luerssen Building, during normal business hours at 610-396-6111 to obtain a parking permit.

I would like to have a guest stay over in my room. Where can I find the guest policy?
Visit the Residence Life Office, located in Ivy House, for a copy of the guest policy.

I would like to clean my room. Where can I get a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies?
Village residents can checkout a vacuum cleaner from their building RA. Woods residents can checkout a vacuum cleaner from the Residence Life office in Ivy House. Students must provide their own cleaning supplies. Garbage bags are available for students from the housekeeping staff.

Where can I store my bicycle?
Bicycle storage racks are located at the back of Bowman Hall. The owner must provide a lock and chain to secure the bicycle. Bicycles are NOT permitted in the residence areas or rooms.
