I lost my apartment key. What do I need to do?
Contact Housing and Food Services as soon as possible during normal business hours at 717-948-6244. After hours, contact Police Services at 717-979-7976 to be let in the apartment temporarily. The next business day, visit the Housing and Food Services Office.

Students will be issued a temporary key by Housing and Food Services for a specified time period. If the original key is not found within that timeframe, then the cores to the apartment will be replaced and new keys issued to all occupants. The cost of replacement for the core and keys will be charged to the student's account.

I lost my id+ card. What do I need to do?
Visit the Housing and Food Services as soon as possible during normal business hours to receive a new card at the current replacement fee of $15.00. After business hours, you can suspend your card online. If you lose your card after normal business hours, you will have to wait until the next business day to obtain a new id+ card.

I would like to park my car on campus. How do I get a parking permit?
Visit the Parking Office, located in 46 Swatara Building, during normal business hours to obtain a parking permit. All vehicles on campus are required to be registered. A vehicle registration fees is charged per semester.

I would like to have a guest stay over in my room. Where can I find the guest policy?
Contact the Residence Life Office, located in the Village Community Center, or Housing and Food Services for a copy of the most current policy.

I would like to clean my room. Where can I get a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies?
Vacuum cleaners can be checked out through the Residence Life Office. Students must provide their own cleaning supplies.

Where can I store my bicycle?
Bicycle racks are provided outside of apartment entrances.

Where is lost and found?

Student Activities, located in E-131 Olmsted Building, 717-949-6273, is responsible for lost and found. Any items that you find can be turned in to them, and you can check with them if you have misplaced something.
