There is a mess in the residence hall that needs cleaned.
Housekeeping services are provided during the following time periods:

  • Monday - Thursday: 7:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.
  • Friday - Saturday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
  • Sunday: 3:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.

Contact Housing and Food Services during normal business hours at 570-450-3120 or send an e-mail, and they will notify a housekeeping employee of the situation. After hours, contact Residence Life or your resident assistant (RA).

I lost my room key. What do I need to do?
Contact Housing and Food Services as soon as possible during normal business hours at 570-450-3120. After hours, contact Residence Life at 570-450-3070 or 570-450-3066. A temporary key will be issued for a specified time period. If the original key is not found within that time frame, the room door core will be replaced. The cost of the new core and keys will be charged to your student account.

I lost my id+ card. What do I need to do?
Visit Housing and Food Services as soon as possible during normal business hours to obtain a new id+ card at the current replacement fee. After business hours, you can suspend your card online. If you lose your card after normal business hours, you will have to wait until the next business day to obtain a new id+ card.

I would like to park my car on campus. How do I get a parking permit?
Contact Police Services, located in West Hall office, during normal business hours at 570-450-3140 to obtain a parking permit. There is no fee for parking.

I would like to have a guest stay over in my room. Where can I find the guest policy?
Contact the Residence Life Office at 570-450-3070 or 570-450-3066, speak with your RA, or refer to the A Community Guide to Living-In at Hazleton guidebook for additional information regarding the guest policy.

I would like to clean my room. Where can I get a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies?
Vacuum cleaners can be checked out through Residence Life. Students must provide their own cleaning supplies. Garbage bags are available for students from the housekeeping staff.

Where can I store my bicycle?
Bicycle racks are located outside of each residence hall. The owner must provide a lock and chain to secure the bicycle.
