During move-in you must complete an apartment/townhouse inspection report noting any unsatisfactory conditions and specifying if fixtures, furniture, or appliances need to be cleaned or repaired. This should be returned to the White Course Community Center Desk on arrival day.

Moving Out
When you are ready to vacate your White Course apartment/townhouse, follow these guidelines:
- Intent to Vacate Form:
When you determine your date of departure, you must complete and sign the Intent to Vacate form. This form must be submitted at least 60 days prior to moving out of your apartment or townhouse. Forms are available at — and must be returned to — the White Course Community Center Desk.
- Apartment/Townhouse Keys:
Upon departure, all keys issued must be returned to the Community Center Desk to avoid a key charge.
- Forwarding Mailing Address:
A forwarding mailing address must be submitted to the Community Center Desk before you depart so we can forward your mail and refund your housing deposit.
- Apartment/Townhouse Inspection:
A staff member will inspect your apartment/townhouse after you clean and remove your personal items and before you vacate the premises. See the move-out requirements for details.
Need to move out before the end of your lease?
Unless your student status changes, you are obligated to fulfill the terms of your lease. See lease information for details.
