Moving In
When you arrive at White Course Apartments, please come to the Commons Desk in the Community Center. Click on How to Find Us for directions. During check-in, you will receive:

  • Residents' Guide:
  • Important things you should know about living at White Course Apartments.

  • Check-in Report:

  • Parking Permit:
  • One parking permit is provided to each single student resident and family at no extra charge, and is valid only at the apartment complex. Go to transportation and parking for additional information.

  • Fire Safety Guidelines Form:
  • Please read and sign this form, and return it to the Community Center Desk on arrival day.

  • Rent Payment Guidelines:
  • Staff will be available to answer any questions you have about your monthly rent payment.

Moving Out
When you are ready to vacate your White Course apartment/townhouse, follow these guidelines:

  • Intent to Vacate Form:
  • When you determine your date of departure, you must complete and sign the Intent to Vacate form. This form must be submitted at least 60 days prior to moving out of your apartment or townhouse. Forms are available at — and must be returned to — the White Course Community Center Desk.

  • Apartment/Townhouse Keys:
  • Upon departure, all keys issued must be returned to the Community Center Desk to avoid a key charge.

  • Forwarding Mailing Address:
  • A forwarding mailing address must be submitted to the Community Center Desk before you depart so we can forward your mail and refund your housing deposit.

  • Apartment/Townhouse Inspection:
  • A staff member will inspect your apartment/townhouse after you clean and remove your personal items and before you vacate the premises. See the move-out requirements for details.
