Eastview Terrace

Eastview Terrace houses 806 upperclass students in seven residence halls. Each student has a single room with a private bath, and each floor is clustered into houses made up of 8 to 22 student rooms.

A study/social space and laundry facilities are located in each house. Students can choose to live in either a single-gender or coed house.

Dining facilities and mail service are available in nearby Redifer Commons, which features South Food District (a food court with a coffee shop, a deli, and other eateries) and Redifer Dining Commons. All Eastview Terrace residents enjoy the benefits of Penn State’s Campus Meal Plan.

Eastview Terrace is just a short distance from Bryce Jordan Center, Beaver Stadium, McCoy Natatorium (swimming pools), tennis courts, the varsity track and field facility, Greenberg Indoor Sports Complex (an ice-skating rink), Eisenhower Auditorium, HUB-Robeson Center, and downtown State College. CATA bus stops are also nearby.

Brill Hall, located off McKean Road, houses administrative offices and the Eastview Terrace Commons Desk. A Residential Computing (ResCom) Office is located in nearby Redifer Commons—and is staffed by students who are experienced in assisting with various computer issues.
