Welcome to Nittany Apartments & Suites! The diverse backgrounds and wide-ranging interests of our residents make Nittany Apartments and Nittany Hall exciting places to live. They are also conveniently located near dining and sports facilities—food and fun are always just a short walk away!

The Nittany Apartments community houses upperclass students in two- and four-bedroom garden apartments and four-bedroom townhouse apartments. Each apartment accommodates four single students of the same gender.

Nittany Hall houses single upperclass students of the same gender in two-bedroom suites—four students per suite.

Nittany Hall Suites

Residents of Nittany Apartments & Suites are within two blocks of McCoy Natatorium (swimming pools), tennis courts, the varsity track and field facility, Greenberg Indoor Sports Complex (an ice-skating rink), Eisenhower Auditorium, and HUB-Robeson Center. Pollock Commons, which features The Mix (a snack bar and coffee shop) and Pollock Dining Commons, is also just a block away.

The A-La Board meal plan is optional for Nittany Apartments residents. Students who opt for a meal plan can choose one that suits their needs. Students who choose to live in a Nittany Hall suite must have a meal plan.

Located on the corner of Bigler and Pollock Roads, the Nittany Community Center has an information desk, an administrative office, a game room, a TV room, and University laundry facilities. Washers and dryers are provided for residents’ use only. A Residential Computing (ResCom) Office is located in nearby Pollock Commons—and is staffed by students who are experienced in assisting with various computer issues.

Under certain circumstances, residents may be permitted to stay in Nittany Apartments during breaks and between contract periods.
