There is a mess in the residence hall that needs cleaned.
Housekeeping services are provided Monday – Sunday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Contact Housing and Food Services during normal business hours at 717-749-6081 and they will notify a housekeeping employee of the situation. After hours, contact Residence Life or your resident assistant (RA).

I lost my room key. What do I need to do?
Visit Housing and Food Services as soon as possible during normal business hours to obtain a temporary key. The temporary key will be issued for a specified amount of time. At the end of that time, if the original key is not found, a new room door core will be installed. The cost of the core and replacement keys will be charged to your student account. After hours, contact Residence Life at 717-749-6156 or your RA to gain temporary entrance.

I lost my id+ card. What do I need to do?
Visit Housing and Food Services as soon as possible during normal business hours to obtain a new id+ card at the current replacement fee of $15.00. After business hours, you can suspend your card online. If you lose your card after normal business hours, you will have to wait until the next business day to obtain a new id+ card.

I would like to park my car on campus. How do I get a parking permit?
Contact Police Services, located in Wiestling Hall, during normal business hours to obtain a parking permit.

I would like to have a guest stay over in my room. Where can I find the guest policy?
Contact the Residence Life Office to obtain a copy of the guest policy. The policy is also published in the Mont Alto Student Calendar and Handbook.

I would like to clean my room. Where can I get a vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies?
Vacuum cleaners can be checked out through Residence Life. Students must provide their own cleaning supplies.

Where can I store my bicycle?
Bicycle storage areas are located outside of each residence hall. The owner must provide a lock and chain to secure the bicycle.
